All webcams delivering images on the MuscleMag.com  Web site and network are the sole responsibility of the broadcaster. MUSCLEMAG.COM  IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF ANY BROADCASTS. 

Individual broadcasts transmitted through the MuscleMag.com network are segmented into two separated areas.
1. General Area: MuscleMag.com  requires that all users, broadcasters and chat participants in the GENERAL VIDEO CHAT AREA broadcast video images and post chat messages that are suitable for mainstream audiences [pg] and that are not generally considered objectionable or offensive. MuscleMag.com  will remove any video and/or chat discussions that are found to be in violation of this policy.
2. Unmonitored Area: MuscleMag.com  requires that all broadcasters and chat participants observe the laws and regulations of all local, national and international goverments and agencies having juristiction. MuscleMag.com  does not permit unauthorized advertising within broadcasts and specifically prohibits attempts to promote other Web sites through video broadcasts. MuscleMag.com  reserves the right to remove without notice any content communicated by any user(s) for any reason. MuscleMag.com  has no obligation to delete, remove or modify any content.
MuscleMag.com  may terminate any user's access to the network, Web site and service and remove any content posted, for any reason. MuscleMag.com  reserves the right to modify or discontinue and portion or component of the service at any time and with or without notice. MuscleMag.com  shall not be liable to any user or any third-party for any termination or modification of service.

Monthly billing will be processed on the date of the upgrade purchase and will continue each month, processed at the start of each monthly period for the duration of time that the account remains active. MuscleMag.com  bills based on a calendar month and in advance of service. Accounts are considered past due if credit card processing is not approved by the bank or processing company. Delinquent accounts are notified by e-mail. Delinquent accounts may be locked. If an account has been locked, you will not be able to access Member services until the balance has been paid. After 30 days, locked accounts that have not been paid may be deleted from the system. To manage or cancel your MuscleMag.com Membership account, go to the "My Account" after logging in, there will be a button labeled that will enable you to cancel your account.
